Lean people have a better chance of being successful life than their obese counterparts. If you were like me, you would by now know how uncomfortable it is to be obese and overweight. Uncomfortable, in the sense; not only health wise but carrier, social gatherings and even in your sexual life. We obese and overweight people find it difficult to be at ease in social life as our lean counterparts.

For, most of the time, our excess weight would stare in our face and make us dip in self confidence and self esteem. I found it very embarrassing going for a swim with my big belly. It made me so self conscious and low in esteem. My lean counterparts were at ease and very successful at these type of events.

Carrier wise too, it was taking a toll on me, since I was very slow in my work. Not to mention the health wise affects it would have had on my life, if I had not taken the initiative to lose the excess weight fast. Intimate relations with my spouse were affected to some extent. This too could be attributed to the slowness in movement and an overly big belly.

Losing excess weight is a definite plus in increased self confidence and esteem. I have first hand experience in this claim, since I know how good it feels to be lean than being overweight and obese. Your mood is always at its best when you are lean and comfortable. But it is not so when obese and overweight. You feel more positive in all aspects of life; more confident in presenting yourself to the world.

Losing excess fat is not impossible if you are realistic and do not go for instant gratification. I have failed miserably in the past, due to trying to seek immediate results in my weight loss efforts. I have gone from product to product finding the magic pill that would cast a spell on me and make me thin overnight. But was embarrassed to find no such thing as an overnight weight loss pill.

Losing Weight really fast is a science, which has a systematic plan. I came to understand that there are four pillars in permanent weight loss. If you stick with a product for a fair amount of time, focusing on the four pillars, you will come to know that weight loss is not that impossible.
