The chakras are energy vortexes located all throughout the body. There are seven chakras in total, and they are responsible for not only your physical health, but also your emotional,mental, and spiritual health as well. I immediately started to feel a warm calm feeling, and then I noticed a gradual shit of consciousness . It almost felt like a dream, but I was fully awake and aware of my surroundings. When I finally opened my eyes, I started to notice bits of colored light.
After about a minute, the colored lights started to fade away. But this new energy and feeling of complete peace and harmony continues to remain with me.
